The question is:
What the is maximum boost that i can push the engine safley?
Also in future with forged pistons and connecting rods? How far i can boost it safely? maximum reliability for ls3 block?

Not trying to be a jerk but the LS3 flows so well I wouldn't go with anything smaller then a TC76 or TC78 turbo. Your motor needs to be able to flow enough exhaust to make power with boost and the T67 or GT67 is not going to allow that to happen. It's the exhaust side of the turbo that's the issue.

Thank you for the info guys,
so you suggest a bigger turbo,, it may be in the future plan
what how is ls3 block holding the power in terms of reliablity? untill 1000rwhp reliable?
of course forged and stroked 416" ?

Just so you know, this above is going to be KILLING spool time. Unless you like extreme lag till 6000rpms, id switch back to stock manifolds and a lot smaller ypipe to get the most back pressure possible. Everything that you think is good for an N/A motor, its the exact opposite for a turbo. Good luck with the build.

do your home work on your sts sytem so you can mod it to not blow up your engine like me any everyone else. turbo is too small. System has no pcv youll blow your dipstick out every time. ect. youll need beaded pipe is you start running higher boost. good luck
