original build specs for '01 Z28
I have an '01 Z28 I purchased a couple of years ago, but none of the original paperwork came with it. I'm curious about what options were available from SLP in '01 for the Z28's because the SLP Registry site doesn't mention the Z's only SS's. What's confusing me is that I have alot of the performance parts from that period on my car. Here's a brief list:
SLP lid and cold air intake kit
Strut tower brace
ceramic long tubes w/free flow cats and manual cut-out
cat-back with dual/dual tips
'69 Z28 replica badges front and aft
T-tops
leather interior w/ power driver seat
Hurst leather short throw shifter
rear diff aluminum cover plate
bilstein ultra suspension components
Any ideas where I might track down the original purchase build sheet? Thanks

T-tops, leather interior, power seat, and dual exhaust are all GM factory equipment. The rest is all aftermarket stuff put on by the previous owner. SLP only built SS cars, Z28 cars came straight from the factory.
If you want the original invoice on the car you can get it from the GM heritage center for $50, here: http://www.gmmediaarchive.com/
Unfortunately, Chevy only kept invoices not build sheets. So they only way you'll get the build sheet is if it's still hidden in your car somewhere, but the Canadians weren't very creative hiding them so odds are it's gone.
