Anyone planning on heading out there this weekend for the OTTA Texas vs World Race?

I saw LMR is registered just not sure what they are running. Maybe they will chime in and let us in. I am guessing the Firehawk?

My question is the place big enough that a golf cart is needed to cruise around or is it all walking distance through pits/stands/etc? I am trying to decide if I should take my UTV or not.

It's pretty big, not as big as RPR though. It is built on an old airstrip that's 5000' long. Starting line is in the middle with the pits running north and the track running south. They may or may not let you have your golf cart in the pits, depends on how many cars are there. Really a neat place, tucked off in the piney woods. Gets dark out there after they turn off the lights.

Its a pretty good size but i wouldnt say golf cart size. Unless you really dont want to walk at. Dont let the area/track fool ya, they got some nasty rides out there.
