Default 2003 truck pcm 0v to knock sensors?

I have an 2003 LQ9 swapped 240sx with the stock 1mb PCM tuned on EFIlive for the cam and heads swap that was done. I keep getting a pending p0332, p0327 (bank 1 and bank 2 low voltage) error, so I replaced the knock sensors before I went in today for a retune after fixing all my exhaust leaks. Today finally got most of my tune lined out with my tuner. He wasn't getting any cruising issues with the pending code and knock seemed ok, but he had to zero it out under the PE table since it was immediatly pulling all timing once it went into PE. I have checked the harness, but I still keep getting the pending and occassionaly kicks a full cel. I checked the voltage coming off the ECU and it's 0v, and what little I can find say's it should be 5v.... Car runs pretty good right now, but he want's me to bring it back once I get this KS issue lined out. Any suggestions for things I should check?

Yeah not a lot of feedback on what might be causing the 0v from the pcm to the knock sensors issue. I have 2 threads and minimal input. Guess its not a common problem.
