Default Will I overspool this setup?

I have a 6.0 with LSA heads/custom turbo cam/gmpp singleplane. Car is a m6.

For boost I have a sts gt67 kit with. 96a/r.....I planned on using this on my stock 5.7 with 317s/cammed but I upgraded engines now I am worried I wont have enough turbo/ wont be able to rev out with the extra cubes/flow of the heads.

STS told me it would work great still and spool fast. They rated it at 750 hp and I know the rules change when the turbo is in the rear but it just seems small to me. Could somebody with experience with this let me.know my limitations.

Goals for the car is 600-625 whp....can this turbo achieve this and still live long on this setup?

Anyone running this turbo please PM me and let me know how it is.

Your going to be on the edge of the turbo. I have the same turbo on my 05 gto and its done. I have stock long block except for a comp turbo cam with a victor jr intake at 8 psi. Gonna dump the at least the turbo this fall for a master power 76mm q tirm .81 ar.

That is interesting to know. Just curious you are only at 8 psi but how much power does it make. The cam and the intake I am sure are making it much more efficient.
