I heard they are great. The qtp electric cutouts , i have only heard good things about them. You cut out the piping of your exhaust weld it in. Then on your drivers side under the seat you their is a rubber gromet that you can take out then you can feed the wires under the carpet and under the center console. You can take out the seats to make it easier. Remover your center console their are a couple of bolts under the center console lid and then pull it out then get the wire and put it in your ash tray.

I wish I could run them on the vette but it is a no go right now. They are perfect for a street driven fun car

Cool I was also wondering would u guys buy LTs x pipe TD and put some cutouts on each pipe? Right now I have a stock firehawk with the y pipe exhaust and I don't think there would be any point of getting a aftermarket exhaust. If ur car will be loud already with the cutouts and you also get the benefit of quiter ride. I guess the only thing would be if the TDs have a "better" peformence benefit compared to the cutouts which many people argue about. I think it would be fun have a button to control the loudness to your car and be able to **** off the old lady next door

My QTP crapped out on me after a few months and I just left it off. I probably won't ever buy another e-cutout.

Dmh is the best cutout period. 4 year warranty. Can't beat it.

Loud when you want it to be, not loud when you're hungover and driving home!!

I enjoy the hell outta my e-cutouts. Right now I have them on pacesetter l/t dumps instead of cats then my ORY pipe to magnaflow. It really pisses off the people that have a bumpin system, when I open up and bump my lt1 system. As soon as I get the money I'm changing to a td system. Undecided if ill put dumps on or not, due to the clearance issue

DMH>>>>>>>QTP

DMH rocks! 4 year warranty that he stands behind, even if it isn't a factory defect. My ex-gf was driving me home one night (I had a few too many....pitchers. lol) she clipped a curb and it bashed my cutout. Dave fixed me right up and didn't even charge me any extra!!! Its still on my car and still works perfect years later + it keeps my neighbors happy.

I've had my DMH on for about a year now and for the first couple of months I must have opened and closed it 10 times a day. Still works like a champ!
