Default OEM CME question

I noticed the other day that my reinforcement bar on my tips broke. I remember reading they were cast aluminum, is that right? So that means I would need to find a shop with a tig welder??

u can go to an exhuast shop and they can reweld it for u. happened to my car after my cam installed. it happens from the vibration. had mine done over and another brace put on to help. alot of the aftermarket cme have 2 braces on them.

Yes, but I need to make sure It's a tig welded. Does anyone know?
