Im on mobile so I cant see what vehicle you have but here's my TA with 56mm fronts and 36mm rears. If you have a TA and can find 'em, Id say use the 36mm rears - Im lowered 2"+ and have yet to BFH, my fenders are rolled and there is very slight rubbing on the drivers quarter on extremely hard right turns

Just order them from http://www.oewheelsllc.com/Wheels_3/Wheels-for-Camaro_4. That way you won't have to worry about offsets since they are made for our cars for the most part. And for wheels, you can't beat there prices.

There are only two versions of the 17x11 wheel available. One is a 36mm offset, which is the wheel originally used on the ZR1 Corvette. This wheel will not comfortably fit your F-body. Use the 50mm offset wheel.
There are minor variations between manufacturers on the 17x9.5 front wheels. Some sell them in either 54mm or 50mm offset. Either will work.
