Default FTI converters

Just wanted to post about my FTI converter I just installed. I bought it new in box from a member here. From the way it runs I think I got the tighter version of the 3600 stalls. It's very tame around town and when I stomp it, it's a whole different animal. I am very happy. I installed a fresh trans while I was at it.

I am currently getting a tune to eliminate the converter cycling and I'll be good to go. My car ran a best of 12.99 with only a canned tune and cat delete. I am hoping with the few other bolt ons I have added I can get a 12.60-.70 before this season is over. I am also adding stickies for my next outing. They are a must now.

I am hoping to install long tubes and get a cam next. I don't regret doing the converter first. I had intended to buy a new one from Greg at FTI but stumbled on this one for cheap. I'll definitely be calling Greg for my next converter for one of my other vehicles. Definitely a quality piece.
