Default world class T5 behind LT1

I have a world class T5 i am thinking about building for my car. Or the T56 since i have all the stuff to do the swap but the t56 transmission. What kind of power can a built T5 handle?

Did it come out of a mustang or an F-body?

The best built W/C T5 is something that will break on these cars. Due to the power and weight do not bother.

I also googled some info...

I have seen back in the day v6 3rd Gens blowing out that transmission whether it was driver or HP related. They are just not made for LT1's or LS1's period.
