4l60e w/ corvette servo

i just bought a high performance 4l60e w/ a covette servo, 3/4 clutch pack other goodies.. what is a corvette servo and what does it do.

Provides faster and firmer shifts, also has 50% more holding power in second gear. That's the claim. Z/28's also had them.

So if I read that correctly my 02 z already has the bigger servo?

I have the LT1 and my '93 already had one as do the LT1 z cars. I would think the LS car would also but, I'm not for sure on that since the trans is a little different.

All V8 camaro's using a 700r4 or a 4l60E already have the vet servo.
