I bought this new and it has about 100 miles on it. It comes with everything included to mount to your rear, including the installation kit (which is $75) for aftermarket rears. I never had to use that kit because my S60 came with mounts welded on it already so I was able to mount it like stock.
The only thing missing from the kit are the 2 bolts with the little rectangular flat piece on them that mount to the body, because mine were welded onto my car. I will call Spohn on Monday and get those 2 bolts ordered so they'll be included. EDIT: The upper end links have been ordered from Spohn.
