Anyone know how to recover hidden files after removing malware? So the wifes work pc got some vicious malware that hides everything on it but its still there and was giving some gay *** bad hard drive messages even though everything is working fine. She had trend micro antivirus program which didnt seem to help. I downloaded webroot and found and removed more stuff and theres no more errors and bugs come up but all the files are still hidden. Anyone know the steps to recovering this stuff?
