Default Koni- SA shocks Blown?

SO I just put Koni SA shocks of my 2002 TA and I have a horrible squeak coming from the back now. When I push on the back of the car it squeaks terribly. When driving all I hear is this squeak, I'm thinking the shocks are blown. Thoughts?

Check the bushings between the body of the car and the shock.

Just curious are both bushings supposed to go above the shock on the inside of the car? so on top of the trunk metal?

Here is the order from bottom to top:

Shock>metal washer>rubber bushing>hole where you insert shock from the wheel well>rubber bushing>metal washer>first nut>second nut
