Default Generator light, fan relay and Tach questions

Finishing up the install of a 2008 5.3L Silverado engine in a 66 Chevelle Malibu. Engine runs great, alomost ready to put it on the road. Three open items I need some help with. I am using a PSI harness with the E38 ECU....Questions:

1. What is the correct way to hook up the Generator light? I can hook it to the BATT terminal and it goes out when the car is running,,,,but not sure this is correct.

2. Single fan with a relay. It runs all the time when the engine is running. What is the proper way to hook up the relay to get fan on when the temp hit the programmed temp?

3. The car has a SUN tach that was attached to the HEI distributor. My instructions show the wire to attached to the tach, but I get nothing. Do I have to buy a new tach to use the ECU signal.

4. Also have an AMP meter in the car....part of the set of Oil Pressure, Temp and AMP....can anybody tell me how to hook up the AMP meter....?

Appreciate any help!

Thanks, Mike
