New PB- 11's finally, M6
1998 Camaro SS: stock bottom end, 430 rwhp H/C, Fast 90, Headers x-pipe duals, s60 w/ 4.30, around 4000 lbs with me in it, 26" et drags, stock t56 with tick master and monster stage 3
First pass off the trailer, spun hard, didn't expect alot. To my surprise, it went 11.97 @ 117.50. My first 11 second pass!
Put down 6 more 11 second runs, each better than the one before it, with the last one being an 11.635 @ 118.15 with a 1.54 60ft. Finally getting the road race suspension to work, lol.

Thanks guys.
My car is heavy because before I started racing it, I used to go to stereo competitions with it. I still drive it on the street and I just can't bring myself to get rid of it. I love my tunes. Also every part I have put on the car is mild steel, no CM. Still have the stock front end, jack and spare still in the back, backseat is still there. I guess I just like to race it the way I drive it on the street.
My launch technique on the 1.54 was 6000 on the 2-step and not quite a sidestep of the clutch, but fast off of it. I made 4 passes with the 2-step on 6000 all in the 1.53-1.57 range and 4 @4000-5500 all in the 1.63-1.67 range. Started out low on rpms because the track was cold and not all that great. It just kept getting better all day. This is also at a track not know for being prepped all that good, Island Dragway in NJ.
