Raced a herd of Goats. LOL As more videos surface from the cruise Ill post the kills and losses. The good news is the only solid loss was to a heads, cam, exhaust ls1 goat.
Anyway here is the kill vid that has surfaced so far. I have been having a powershift misfire issue with my car, so me and this goat went back and forth while my car threw a tantrum. I got pissed after losing and loaded the old tune, and behold misfire GONE! oh its on now. LOL. so here is a vid with a race from a 30 roll to 120, Its great how theres no traffic in mexico!
His car
6.0 ls2 gto m6
headers, and no cats, spacers in stock cat back
ported intake
functional shaker hood
tune.
My car
01 c5 ls1 vette
cold air filter
full exhaust with high flow cats
minor tune - dyno tune to come.
His car has something wrong with the aftermarket shifter so he has to shift slow. I was no lift shifting, my gas pedal never left the floor.

Op,,your Vette sounds awesome man and good runs. In my opinion, Vettes are just to hard to beat. Their weight and aerodynamics simply gives them too much of an advantage. You would almost need an additional 50-75Hp extra to compensate for the weight. Vettes are just in a class by themselves.

Its his shifter, it some billet specialties or something. He is gonna change it.
