Default Clanking from underneath

I just had my 4L60E rebuilt and put back in in my 99 SS. About a month later, annoying clanking started coming the same area as where flexplate is located, so that's what I'm leaning towards that. It could also be loose converter bolts, but I figured I would post up in here to get some input before I tear things apart.

Can only be heard at idle. It goes away when accelerating, or just driving at a constant speed. But then it comes back at stoplights. Clanking continues when parked and in gear (at idle). Lately, my gauge cluster has been acting funny and flashing my odometer sometimes. Other than that, the gauges read normal. Is the flywheel related to the starter somehow? From y'alls experience, what does it sound like?

Pull the starter and check the convertor bolts before you tear something up. It's something to do with the Flywheel/Convertor...

Could be exhaust rattling too.

I have heard loose transmissions bolts to the engine sound like that also. Puts the convertor in a bind.
