17" alumastar on street !?!?!??!!

anyone run the 17" alumastars on the street?? hearing that they are not good on the street at all! i was thinking of getting some for my z06

Iheard that as well.look under the wheel section for a thread with a yellow 03cobra and ccws.pretty sure that member runs them on his SS but i think its a straight drag car.i wanna say his name is camaro396
