Default Removing drivers side 02 sensor...

Whats the trick? Talking about the one up in the manifold near steering shaft.

Maybe one of those crows foot style o2 sensor sockets? remove steering shaft?

When I had my 98 camaro I had to go buy one of those O2 sockets for 6 bucks from harbor freight to remove it. They're the sockets with the slit on the side for the wire. With the socket it was easy to remove just shoved it on and it came off without much effort.

Its been so long that iv worked on a stock exhaust car I dont remember how it is. You cant just get in there with a wrench and get it loose? I dont ever remember having to do anything special to get o2s out.

Some heat and a "line" wrench should work fine since your in the confined space. Having a lift helps as you will have better leverage. When removing my stock stuff I remarked about that as well.
