Hello, I recently joined the site because my gf and I were shopping for a 4th gen camaro for her and this seemed to be the best site on the subject...
After looking at about a dozen cars we finally found one that we liked...

A 1994 Z28 Automatic, white exterior with ttops. She really wanted a white, z28, ttop, stickshift car without leather seats and the budget was 5k so it wasnt easy but we got her a car that would do...
Some info on the car...

1994 Z28
Lt1, rebuilt with 91k
1.6 ratio roller rockers
K&N intake
Ceramic headers
Full flowmaster exhaust (Chokemaster)

Rebuilt automatic with corvette shift kit, 5k on that..
SS wheels
Ls1 brakes
Hockey stripe on the side of the car...will post pics, its growing on me..
Eibach 1.5 lowering springs

BAD POINTS
Drivers door bushings bad
drivers door ext. handle junky
minor paint imperfections
drivers seat tears/cigarette burns
Low coolant light on-Coolant level is good.
No heat-But it has a replaced heater core...?
Security Light is on
Check engine light comes on after 10 minutes(he said that is because he has the fans come on for extra cooling..?
Carpet in rear hatch is crap
Rattles everywhere in the interior

And the biggest problem...My gf owns a Camaro..and I dont!! Gah

Over all it seems like a good car, price was right at 2900(talked him down a bit) and the sucker moves pretty good, I went and picked it up while she was at work, 2.5 hours one way, and it just wants to haul A$$...

So I suppose I will be on here pretty regularily lookin for info so I can help her fix it up....hope she lets me drive it...
