Thespoilercompany ss spoiler issue
Anyone happen to have their phone number, haven't had any luck finding it. Really need to talk with them because the spoiler I got from them is pretty bad on one side, gap is huge and contour of the edge of the spoiler doesn't line up with the body. So if you've got it please post it or pm it to me.
Also, is there any way to simply paste a photo without having a photobucket/whatever account?

You can attach it to a post. Don't use the quick reply, but rather the full post reply and use the paperclip icon
I've dealt with an aftermarket SS spoiler before on my 94 Z28, and had the same type of issues where it was a little thick and didn't exactly match up with the hatch where it bolted down (it stuck up a little bit higher), and a lot of them just need some sanding and prepping to make them look right. Hope it works out for you

actually most aftermarket spoilers are like that. Im looking at my friends car right now its like that as well. Just poorly made it doesnt line up, big gaps and so on. He was going to do a trade with me and i would give him my stock z28 spoiler and told him to f off lol.

No I didnt, I dropped the car off to have the entire car repainted, dropped the hood and the spoiler, I kind of assumed they would do the rest, but they definitely didn't do any test fitting. I had read on earlier threads and people were very pleased with they way that spoiler had fit so I went ahead with it. This thing is definitely not going to sit on here for very long. Starting to look for an oe spoiler soon.

Did you use the foam supplied with the spoiler? Mine sat to low when I first installed it without the foam, then added little strips where the rear bolt is and that brought it up to level with the hatch. As for the wide gap it looks like it's not on there exactly straight, the drivers side looks alot closer and could prob be adjusted to slide toward the pass side some. As for mine I spent a couple hours messing with the height and adjustment and it fits great now.
Great lookin car! Almost a twin, I've got polished ZR1's tho

But thanks, Im hoping to get the car back this week, waiting on some other parts to come in. Ive actually been considering going with some polished ccw's or fikses later on. Ill probably start a new thread when its all complete.
