selling my Transam to try to buy a house

its a 99 with 137k miles
has 3.73's
headman longtubes and ORY
aftermarket lid
3800 stall
has TA diff cover
trans rebuilt about 5-6k miles ago with all new components shift kit, tunned for the stall and gears accurate
its black on black
new dashpad
seats in great shape minut one small hole in the normal bolster thats about the size of a dime and hasnt worn through yet, just leather worn off.
car is lowered on the sportline kit adjustable Panhard bar paint is in great shape, small bubbles on the headband (usual for 99-02 fbodies) i plan on fixing this as soon as i find one.
holds 60psi oil pressure on startup, 50 driving 40 at idle.
on street tires the car went 8.07 @ 91 with a 1.77 60ft (firestone wideovals)

i really really hate to sell this car, it runs awesome, drives straight and smooth but its time to get a house.
