Default Mr. Clean Auto Washing System thing... & 3M wax

Bought it- just to try it out...

It worked great! In 10 minutes my car looked wonderful...

And I didn't have to worry about finding any good/clean towels...

Also switched from Zaino to 3M wax... (It's nice to be able to just buy it down the street).

1 coat of glaze & 1 of wax gives about 95% the same appearance as 20 coats of Zaino. Not AS good- but about 1/10th the total time required...

WORD! I've been saying that for over a year. Welcome to the 3M side..

Hey, if it's good enough for porsche, it's good enough for me!

Have you tried this in direct sunlight and if so, how does it work?

Damn right, I've used Zaino for the past 2 years...
I'm all about 3M now...
SOOOOOOOOO much easier. No doubt Zaino is a great product, but heck...I'm looking at a total time of 1.5 hours (including washing) vs ...................

As for the Mr. Clean wash- I did both my navy blue Z28 & black Jeep today, direct sunlight about 60 degrees...no problems...
The soap seems to hold the water on the car and keep everything nice and wet until you rinse it off & then do the final spray with the filtered/de-ionized water... So even in warmer temps- I don't expect a problem.

I really regret not using both of these products before...it's cut my "making my car look good" time by about 80%...
