Default New seats/seat belts in a 67 Firebird

I sure have alot of questions about this car and thanks in advance for all your help. I am planning on putiing in the Procar 90 seats with the 3 point retractable seat belts. I know that the standard seatbelts were just the lap belts but I dont think they are that safe to install in this car. My question is how would these seat belts attach? Do they just bolt to the floor and not the roof? Thanks If there are any more suggestions, please let me know.

Somewhat a guess, but it looks as if the brackets at the top of the photo would mount up high above/beside the seat & the retractor would mount at the bottom.
