How fast on radials
#4
Ya, did end up running 275 DR for a all motor class at MIR. Only have made 6 passes on them ( 3 testing 3 event). Only 2 or 3 without spinning them, 10.72 10.65 I know it went. You need a slipper clutch to be competitive in a head up class off a pro tree and another open header car next to you. test passes you can do some, with a 2step and slipping the clutch a little. They do not recover if they spin, you can't hit them hard at 1st. They do grip but you have to easy into it and keep the power on. Shock setting are a lot different then et drags, I defiantly don't have them figured out. Get dual adjuatable shocks, I think I got away with singles in the front for a while, with tires pressuer, and some wheels speed on a slick. But radials you can't do that.
