Default Point me in direction of Cam/Springs

Well after a jacked pushrod I decided its time to replace the springs and pushrods. Guess I will replace the cam while I am at it. What are the current suggestions of a good cam and springs to go with now. Looking for a decent price for one that will be 50/50 (track/street). Its not a daily driver but dont need to be stalling out a lights either. I do have a built tranny with a 3600 stall and full bolt on's.

Give me some suggestions on what to get!
