Default Dart Pro1 225cc Heads... need advice guys

Here's my setup:
Stock-Cube LS1
LS6 Intake
Cam: TR 230/224 .575"/.563" 111LSA

Just bought Dart Pro1 225cc heads (stock w/ 62cc chamber). My questions:
1)Will I need to flycut?
2)Should I mill the heads to bump compression ratio?
3)How much could I mill WITHOUT having to flycut?
4)What head gasket should I use?

Thanks in advance for the help. Oh and before anyone asks: I got these instead of the 205s because I got them for an absolute steal.

1)Will I need to flycut? maybe
2)Should I mill the heads to bump compression ratio? i will go with a better cam and get more power that way
3)How much could I mill WITHOUT having to flycut? depends on cam
4)What head gasket should I use? can use 12498544 Head Gaskets 3.910 bore

I had thought about swapping cams, but PatG told me this cam will work very well with these heads.

it will work but a reverse split cam is made for engines with poor induction system you already have good heads if your heads are not ported get them ported that is how you get darts heads to flow very well do it right and spend a little more and you wont be sorry of the results
