Default Help identify seats

These are in a Firehawk I'm purchasing this wkend, and will be first to be sold so I can get a stock look. Just need to know what they are first. Any help appreciated.

Now I'm getting confused...this is a pic from a GMHTP from an '02 (same yr) Formula. Is this a coincidence or something?

I believe the first one is a Katzkin kit.... quality and comfortable...

Odd thing is, the side pleats and rear plastic seat back cover is not the same as a standard LS1 bird... hmmm

OP- is it a Formy or Trans Am?
Looks like the door panel may be cloth, if so, these seats may have been cloth at one point, or they've been swapped in. Either way, they look like they've been reupholstered. I've seen that pattern before though...

It's a Formula with leather..you can slightly see the leather rear on the pic.
