Question Question on BMR TA install

I am putting on a BMr TA, and when I put it up in the transmission tunnel, with it connected to the differential, the end that mounts to the transmission is too long. It pokes out enough to where I cannot put one of the bolts on. Anyone have any suggestions, because I don't think that it'd be a very good idea to hack some of it off to fit, unless it's been done by someone else and does still work fine.
Oh, and the adjustable ends are pretty much all of the way in.

The torque arm should poke through the bushing a little. I've found its best to get it seated in the front bushing first, then put the bolts through the rear. That way, it can be moved around to make it easier to get that PITA top bolt in the bushing cover.
