best tuner for 98 pcm I understand the 99 up ones are better.I would think that the 98 one can beprogrammed as well,whats the best tuner for the 98 pcm?Should i swap to the newer one or just get a dyno tune with the 98 pcm? Its a h/c/i car(tourker v2,243s)
