Default wiring issues with 275 g4 orion amp

I have a 275 g4 that has been functioning along with my 250.2 rockford for almost 6 months on a 4awg power wire w/ a 60 amp fuse split into 4 8awg wires running the two amps. I have blown 7 60 amp fuses in the main power wire in the last 3 days. Everything works well at low volume but when I turn it up and the bass drops well there goes another $3 fuse. Orion says that I should have two 4 awg wires running to the amp for power and two for ground. So does this mean that I need a 0 awg wire for my orion amp only plus one 4 awg for my rockford amp? Who know's I don't even think that a 4 awg will fit in the orion plug but I may be wrong. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
..RJ..
