I would talk to TEA or Brian Tooley about the TFS 245's personally.
I know there was an option to have powdered metal valve guides installed with the TFS heads, therefore you can still retain use of the stock rockers and do a trunion kit upgrade to them. That'll save you some $, and take all the added weight off the tips of the valve that are added with aftermarket roller rockers. Just my .02, But both are GREAT Heads.
Good luck in your decision, But I know what I'm going to run on my setup.

Both are going to be pretty good. My vote is for the AFR's but it's kinda personal choice. If you are going to run a pretty aggressive lobe and/or high lift I would use a good aftermarket rocker instead of the stock ones.
