Clearing unnecessary codes forever?

Clearing unnecessary codes forever? Does HP tuners or any other software allow you to delete codes out of the computer so that it will never set that code again? I want to delete the rear 02 sensor codes so that my ses light will be off when running without cats. I also have fuel sender code and wanted to know if that can be deleted also.
