I used a set of universal flanges from Wyntomn on Egay on a C6 manifolds after machining down the manifold flange so it was smooth. Had problems getting the copper gaskets to live. If i did it again I would cut them off and use v bands.

I think he means the 2bolt flange to build exhaust. May as well go with vbands welded to the manifolds. Seems like the stock cast iron takes well to welded vbands without much prep
