Lights burned out on stock stereo

Lights burned out on stock stereo The lights on the number 3 and 6 preset buttons burned out on my stock radio....I'm guessing the only way to fix this is buy a new head-unit???

Not neccessarily. You can replace the bulbs with LEDs.
