What Kelvin are the bulbs? 6000k? How many watts are the ballasts?

Yes, 6000k. Says 35-55 watt.

FYI, you will need a different housing if you plan to use these bulbs for your low beams. The T/A headlights are sealed, can't interchange bulbs.
