is there any real difference in the 2 intakes other than the map sensor? im trying to get one for my l92 swap and want to make the best choice.

thanks

the only other difference I know of is the ls3 also has the plastic intake covor that goes over it to make it look smoother.

but performance and casting wise there entirly the same

l76 intakes can have the ls1 map sensor bolted onto it for f body swaps, but ls3 intakes have the map imbedded into the intake. I will be using a ls3 intake and map in my f-body ls1 ecu build so its not really a seriouse issue

Ive run them both on the dyno back to back, just for kicks one day. They were exactly the same.

There are other small variations, but nothing that changes power.

sweet...sweet. i was thinking there were slight differences in the runner length but if the dont make a difference in probably going to go ls3. i do like the fact that thew map sensor has a bracket since i am boosted.
