I used Katech's Cam & Knock sensor adapter harness (http://store.katechengines.com/cam--...rness-p18.aspx) for my ls2 swap. The passenger side knock sensor wire made contact with the headers and melted it. Can I just cut out that melted section and splice it back together? I think I can, but I just wanted to check on here. Katech closed the phone lines already for the weekend and i'm anxious to make this code go away.

Just do it. Worst that could happen is the code goes away. Who needs knock sensors anyways
