Default Auromatic or manual harness???

How can you tell if your 5.3 wiring harness came from a vehicle that had a automatic or manual transmission?

Here is my problem ... The transmission connector was cut on the harness that came with my engine. The guy said it was 4L60E behind if but I'm just trying to make sure it is what it is.

does it have a group of wires together that was cut..... or is it just three sets of two wires ? each going into separate two wire connectors ?

What I would do is go to lt1swap.com and look up the pin outs for the connector. Find the trans wires and use a meter to see it thats what the cut wire are. I just finished modding my 6.0 harness out of a '06 suburban.
