Default Ok should I choose PRC stage II or AI 226cc

So I called Texas Speed and they told me that they would do my 799's for $1200.00 which includes 2.05 and 1.60 valves with CNC porting and other goodies just can't remember. AI well just what I've read on thier website. So which should I choose?

I've seen the highest overall numbers with AI's 243 heads when it comes OEM castings. Their site has a list of threads in the 226cc head page. Several h/c 6.0's have hit 500rwhp+ them.

Both are fine choices but for me I would choose A.I. because of their proven track record.

I consider the valve to "be in the way" of flow so I look for the most flow
possible from a smaller valve (minimal shrouding)....AI seems to excell at
ported factory castings flowing well with minimal (15cc) runner volume in-
crease and stock 2" valves. The TSP stuff works real well also...I'm just not
sure the 2.05 valve you mentioned works best with a 3.898" bore.

We use a 2.02" intake & a 1.575" manley exhaust valve in our PRC heads. We also ship PRC heads with the proven PRC .650" double spring kit.

We charger $750 to cnc heads, cnc valve job, and mill to your specs. From there you buy the spring kit & valves & we'll assemble it all up for you.

I noticed your in Texas, if you'd like your welcome to come down & use our engine dyno to test any competitors heads against the PRC heads. if your not happy with the PRC heads in the test then I will absolutely keep them. We don't have a multi-million dollar facility based entirely off LS products to not make sure we build the best product available. That's exactly why I spend so much time & money in product testing & development.

Advanced Induction FTW. Haven't seen much that's competing in that realm of headwork right now. Crazy how much they are pulling out of stock casting cylinder heads.
