We are parting out a 1999 Trans Am WS6. The car is an LS1 with 460LE automatic trans and a 3.23 rear end, it has 87K miles and runs great.

I will only sell the running gear and wiring as a whole...I will not part that out. Idealy I would like to sell that part as a donor car...meaning the car stripped of all the body and interior but the running gear intact (and still running driving.) That way you have everything you need to do a LS1 swap. The price as a donor car would be $3200.
