Default safe power gen 3 lq4 press fit rods

what kind of power can the gen 3 rods handle they are the press fit type, was planning a big cam and some spray i plan to do rods and pistons down the road but seeing if i can get away with it for a season or two what kind of power have people made. its an 02 lq4 with a fresh rebuilt. i plan to add arp rod bolts if its worth it nd the rods are decent

im shooting for around 530-550 awhp in my s10
-custom nitrous cam
-Dual valve springs
-ls7 lifters
-chromoly pushrods
-double roller timing chain
-new OEM MLS head gaskets
-ARP Head Studs
-150 shot plate kit
-heavily milled+ported 317's w/ oversized valves (Cr is close to 11to1)
-Aeromotive stealth pump
- -8an fuel lines
-ls2 intake
-aeromotive fuel rails
-and big injectors
-custom headers
-92mm throttle body
-3in dual exhaust

just want to now how high you guys have gone on these rods im going to upgrade later, im building another engine on the side but can these rods make over 500 wheel power i heard they bend an snap, ill thorw arps in them also if thery will hold the power. intended redline is 6500-6700 stall is 3700 because if its just gonna hand grendade i dont want it taking my cam and heads with it.
