Default Power expectations from 346ci Forged LS1 + 76mm Rear Mount?

I know bench racing is dumb, but I'd like a rough idea of what I will be expecting with this set-up on my car...

Fuel:
Dual Walbro 255's
-6AN Feed from the tank going to a Aeromotive A-1000 FPR 1:1 Rising Rate
-A-1000 FPR feeds to Stock Rails and the FPR has a -6AN return back to tank.
-Seimens 80lb

Turbo:
76mm Rear Mount Turbo Triple Ballbearing Oil-Less
T4
0.96 A/R
3.5" Mandrel Downpipe (2 feet long)
2.5" Y-pipe going to Turbo (2.5" from Engine to T4 Flange)
Billet Wheel
1.5" primaries on Sanderson block hugger headers with 2.5'' collectors...
Large FMIC air/air with 2.5" Intercooler pipe

Engine:
346ci LS1
JE Forged Pistons 10.8:1 Compression + ARP Hardware
OE GM LS1 Headgaskets
TSP PRC 5.3 Stage "2.5" Heads + ARP Head bolts
*** 93 octane ***
LS6 Intake
227/223 .614/.610 115LSA

T56 - 3.27 gears...

Is 500rwhp going to be possible on 5-6psi?

Can I make 650rwhp safely?
What are my limits?

Thanks guys!

you have the combo to do it but your fuel choice may limit you because of the compression. If you add meth or go E85 id say it should be easy.

THere is an E85 Station LITERALLY 2 minutes from my house... what fuel pump do I need to go with that can support 650-700rwhp on E85? What will 80lb injector limits be?

I cant tell you what the limits will be.. but on E85 with dual pumps, 80lb injectors and a boost referenced FPR, you shouldnt have a problem at that power level. If you decide to push past that, which you probably will, youll need to do some upgrading.

At the same power level, you need about 30% more fuel when running E85 over 93octane.

From what i have seen though, plenty of people are making over 500whp on a single walbro with a hotwire kit and FPR, so adding a second pump with 80lb'ers should get you into the 700s no problem.
