Default Just bought Edelbrock LT's, what emissions do I need to remove???

I have an 01 Z, and I know I don't have an EGR system. I want to run these headers without any e3missions whatsoever. So do I only need to remove the AIR system? Any sites on how to do this besides just searching for it?

I used http://www.ls1camaro.net/sections.ph...ticle&artid=70 when I did my EGR and AIR removal. If you want to make life easier you can purchase some block off plates from a sponsor, if you don't just cut some semi thick metal in the shape of the gasket, throw on some sealant and you are good to go.

if you got the competition lt's...then they come in a non-emission style anyway. you would have to have the AIR tubes welded in. I got those same headers.

you can go to the southern section and do a search on them. I posted some pics of them in there.

Did you paint your headers or what? Theres a local company that wants $235 even to ceramic coats these things, but im more tempted to just use some silver VHT 1500 degree paint and then the 1500 degree clear after that. Good idea? Also, My 2001 car does't have EGR, so all I have to do is remove the AIR system...right? Thanks.
