Question Good idea / safe to replace front O2s?

I have the mods in my sig and am trying to finish out my tuneup. I recently bought the car with those mods and tuned already. I have replaced everything (air filter, fuel filter, plugs, wires, entire pcv system, all fluids, calipers, rotors, hoses, pads) except the O2 sensors and was wondering if it would be safe to do that. I know that sounds like an ignorant question but I wasn't sure if getting new O2s would mess with the tune or anything of that sort.

So, am I good to replace them without needing to retune or any of that jazz?

Yes, replace them.

As a matter of fact, the car may even feel more responsive due to the old ones possibly switching slower or if they had a lot of build-up on them.
