need yalls help i didnt know where to post this really so move it if nessocary. I took my bike to a dealer in minot to get checked out to see where a leak was coming from because i dont know thing one about bikes. i specificly told them NOT to fix it, got a call that they fixed it. can i refuse payment because they did work i specificly told them not to?
