Interior Seats and Custom Interior??

Interior Seats and Custom Interior?? Ok so if you looked at my other thread I bought a pair of tan TA Seats which I plan to do new upholstery on, Im thinking white and black,
but my question is I called a local upholstery shop and they said what kind of material? should i do leather, vinyl, synthetic leather so many options im clueless???
Also since im going to take out my seats and probably sell them since they're in good condition, was planing on taking out everything and painting it a deep black, when i mean everything it includes back speaker panels, middle speaker panels, driver and passenger kick panels, center console and that's it?
my question on this should i just use spay paint or paint at a shop? and does anyone know where I can get info on how to take everything out just to make sure I dont brake anything
