depends on what rearend, but from what I have seen people bring in here the 9" gears are Motive blue box.

Allstar generally deals with dirt track roundy round stuff. We ran them in our stock car and never had a failure. Can't speak for shock loading properties if you plan to drag it but I have never had a problem with them.
