Default Stock LS3 fuel rails with -8 An's welded on. Questions

Just bout an LS3 with a stock set up almost exactly like this. Seems like a hassle to run dual feed lines instead of just one feed a cross over and a return out of the reg. Its s TT set up going into a 67 El - Camino. Anyone got any advice on if should stick with this set up or just get an easier to plumb aftermarket set up. Advantages / Disadvantages.

Thanks Tony

You could have flipped the fuel rails for a cleaner install. Other than that I have no clue

That pic was of a Vette I had built, wrecked and sold. The 75lb RC injectors raised the rails and the AN fittings hit the firewall.

What are the stock rails made out of....Stainless?? I am building a combo right now using a LS3 manifold and injectors, and really like the stealthinesss of the stock rails but I need a return. It would be great if I could just weld some fittings to the stock rail!
